Know what is working

Most analytics accounts are either empty or so full nobody looks. This is the middle: the five numbers that run your business, tracked properly and reported in plain language.

Who this is for

A business spending on marketing with no way to tell what it is buying.

A site with analytics installed years ago by whoever built it, never checked since.

An owner who wants one page a month that says what happened and what to do next.

What you get

01

A measurement plan: what a good outcome looks like on your site, and how it will be counted.

02

GA4 or Plausible set up cleanly, with spam and internal traffic filtered out.

03

Google Tag Manager for forms, calls, clicks and anything else worth counting.

04

Search Console connected and read, so search and site data tell one story.

05

A dashboard built for the person who owns the business, not for an analyst.

06

A monthly report in plain language: what moved, why, and what to do about it.

How it works

Step 1

Plan

One call and a short document that names the numbers that matter.

Step 2

Set up

Tracking installed, tested with real submissions, and documented so it can be maintained.

Step 3

Report

Monthly, for as long as you want it. Or once, with training, so you run it yourself.

From page 5 to page 2 in six months, on content the owner writes himself

A one-person personal training business that was invisible on Google. Six months of weekly coaching, keyword research and content briefs. Organic clicks up 447%, average ranking from page 5 to page 2, and contact form submissions up 5x. The owner now runs his own content program without Cabin.

Questions about analytics

GA4 or Plausible?

Plausible if you want simple and private and do not run ads. GA4 if you run Google Ads or need the detail. Both get set up the same careful way.

Can you fix an existing setup instead of starting over?

Usually, yes. The first step is an audit of what is there. Starting over is only recommended when it is faster than untangling.

Will I understand the reports?

That is the whole point. If a report needs a translator, it has failed.
